Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka zařízení pro měření Hallova jevu. Měření Hallova jevu v magnetickém poli musí umožňovat určit elektrickou rezistivitu, koncentraci a pohyblivost nosičů náboje v polovodičích, což je nutné k dosažení detailního popisu elektrických vlastností materiálu.

The subject of the public contract is the supply of the subject of the delivery is the Hall measurement system.
